Three families of female high school runners are filing a federal lawsuit that would ban the participation of transgender athletes in Connecticut. The lawsuit is focused on two people in particular, Terry Miller and Andraya Yearwood, who have a combined 15 indoor and outdoor women’s state championship races. Those filing the case say that it goes against everything
Title IX stands for to allow those with a male biological makeup to compete against females just because of their gender identity.

On Wednesday 2/12, President Trump was asked what he learned from the impeachment trials. Trump was quoted saying “That the democrats are crooked…that they shouldn’t have brought impeachment and my poll numbers are 10 points higher.” After all of the impeachment trials, it appears that Trump is polling at higher rates than before the trial began.
