New chapter and a big thank you

“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end” — Seneca

In just under three years, Voom.Flights has blossomed from a project plan written for Airbus’ Silicon Valley incubator (A³) to a multi-national company flying busy passengers every day in São Paulo and Mexico City.

As the founding CEO of Voom, I am incredibly proud of this team and what we accomplished together. Some highlights:

For largely personal reasons, the time has come for me to hand over the reigns to Voom’s incredibly talented COO, Clement Monnet, who will lead Voom’s global roll-out going forward. My last day running Voom will be October 31st.

Before I go, I would like to express my genuine thanks to the Airbus and A³ by Airbus leadership teams, which supported us in taking a kernel of an idea and building it into a real business. And most importantly, thank you to everyone who joined us on this journey — it has been an amazing ride!

Semper anticus!
